Property Description
Six furnished condo apartments within a 22 unit three story walk-up condominium building. All six of our units are in the same entryway. We provide light housekeeping services with linen change once a week. Units have wireless internet access (monthly fee), free local phone service, cable TV, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and dishes. Each is comprised of an eat-in-kitchen and living room, study with twin sleeper sofa, and a bedroom with queen bed. There is no office on site at the condominiums, therefore, all guests are received by appointment only. For reservations, we will need full contact and arrival information.

Linens and dishes/cookware are provided. Includes cable TV, phone with answering machine (local calls free), in-unit washer/dryer, microwave, stove, refrigerator, central air and heat, and security alarm. 30 day minimum. No smoking. Except for service animals, no pets are allowed. Housekeeping provided weekly. Wireless internet access available with monthly fee. We receive arriving guests only by appointment and must know contact information and travel/arrival plans in advance. University Field Corporate Condos has six one-bedroom furnished condos within a twenty-two unit three story brick walk-up condominium building with the 1st floor 13 steps up from ground level.
