14 Floors. Total number of guestrooms: 551. The Harvey Parker Suite is only room with Jacuzzi and must be booked directly with hotel. Available on Request - ADA accessible rooms, cribs, smoking/nonsmoking rooms, city view, rollaways -additional fee applicable, refrigerator -additional fee applicable, VCR -additional fee applicable. Restrictions: Rollaways and cribs are only allowed in 1 King Deluxe rooms, Junior Suites and 1 Bedroom Suites.
Economy Single - approx. 80-130 square feet
Economy single rooms are beautifully restored conservative Boston decor with custom cherry furnishings with richly colored fabrics and 19th century reproduction artwork. This is a small room, approximately 8' by 10' with 1 Double bed. Room amenities include: AM/FM alarm clock that supports MP3 player, bath amenities, bathrobes, cable television, dataport/modem, extra pillows and blankets, feather pillows, hairdryer, High Speed Internet Access -additional fee applicable, hotel/city guides, flat screen TV's, in-room safes that fit a laptop, in-room movies -additional fee applicable, luggage holder, complimentary USA Today, turndown service, telephone, voice mail, shower stall only in Economy single room. All these rooms are non-smoking.None of these rooms are ADA accessible.
Standard Room - approx. 125-150 square feet
Standard rooms have the same amenities as the economy single room with the addition of a bathtub/shower combination,, coffee/tea maker, iron/ironing board. No rollaway or crib allowed in this room type. Some Standard rooms also come with a desk.
Deluxe Room - approx. 180-250 square feet
Deluxe rooms have all the amenities of a economy single with the addition of mini bar,coffe/tea maker, work desk and bed type choice of 1 queen, 1 king or 2 double beds. Rooms with 2 double beds do not have a work desk. No rollaway or crib allowed in this room type.
Junior Suites - approx. 600- 500 square feet
Amenities of the Junior Suites room have all the amenities of a deluxe room with the addition of a work desk, 2 sitting chairs and a coffee table. These rooms have 1 King or 2 Double beds. Most of the rooms have a pull-out sofa and can accommodate a rollaway or a crib.


1 Bedroom Suite - approx. 520- 600 square feet
Amenities of the 1 Bedroom Suite have all the amenities of a deluxe room with the addition of a separate living room with an armchair, coffee table, desk and queen size sofa bed. These rooms have either 1 King, 1 Queen or 2 Double beds. All these rooms are non-smoking. Physically challenged rooms do not have a sofa bed.
Mother Goose Suite - approx. 600 square feet
Mother Goose Suite includes all the amenities of a 1 Bedroom suite which includes a living room and bedroom plus a dining room furnished with a dining room table and 6 chairs perfect for meetings. This suite must be booked directly with the hotel.
Harvey Parker Suite - approx. 1,000 square feet
The Harvey Parker suite is individually decorated honoring the founder of the Parker House Hotel. It is a one bedroom suite with a separate living room area, a dining room that seats six, a wet bar, microwave, refrigerator and a half bath. The bedroom has an oversized king bed, conversation area, two oversized closets, vanity area and a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The living room includes armchairs, a coffee table and a queen sized sofa that does not pull out. This suite must be booked directly booked with the hotel.

Directions

Follow signs to Sumner Tunnel/Boston. Stay to the right and go through the tunnel. Upon exiting the tunnel, stay to the right and travel through the first set of lights. Stay to the right and follow the signs to Government Center. Pass through the traffic lights and cross over North Washington Street and continue to New Chardon Street. At the second set of lights take a left onto Cambridge. Staying on the right hand of Cambridge, travel through 3 sets of lights and turn left onto School Street. The hotel is on the right side at the corner of School and Tremont.

Take Massport shuttle service from outside the terminals to the subway stop. Take the Blue line to the Government Center station. Take a left out of the station and walk one block down to Tremont Street. The hotel will be on the left.

Follow Mass Pike going eastbound to Exit 24B. Exit 24B will result in traveling on I-93, going north. Take I-93 to Exit 23 (Government Center/Fanueil Hall). At the end of the ramp follow signs for Government Center/Fanueil Hall and at the set of traffic lights, make a right onto North Street. At the end of North Street, make a left onto Congress Street. Take the first right onto State Street (which becomes Court Street almost immediately) and follow it to the end, making a left at the fork onto Tremont Street. Take the first left onto School Street. The hotel is immediately on the right.

Follow signs for 93 South (Boston/Quincy). Take the Government Center Exit 24A. Proceed straight onto Clinton Street to the first set of lights. At the lights, take a left on to North Street. Follow North Street to the end and take a left onto Congress Street. Follow Congress Street to the first set of lights and bear right onto State Street (which becomes Court Street almost immediately) Follow Court Street one block and bear left at the fork onto Tremont Street. Follow Tremont Street to the next set of lights and take a left onto School Street. The hotel will be on the right.

Take I-93N exit 23 (Government Center/Fanueil Hall). At the end of the ramp follow signs for Government Center/Fanueil Hall and at the set of traffic lights make a right onto North Street.
