In addition, Kalapaki Kids Club and Aupaka Terrace will be closed for a complete renovation until December 2009. Newly renovated Kukui's Restaurant will re-open September 25 and Toro-Tei Sushi Bar opens October 1. Alternative oceanfront dining options are available at Aupaka Terrace, Kalapaki Grill, Dukes Canoe Club and Caf? Portofino. Our unique hotel in Lihue fronts Kalapaki Bay, offers a wide variety of recreational activities, a superior beach experience and 18 holes of Jack Nicklaus championship golf at the adjacent Kauai Lagoons Golf Club. Guests will enjoy one of the largest family-friendly pools in Hawaii and our spacious rooms, most of which offer spectacular views and feature a balcony, in-room safe and air conditioning., Guest rooms will be renovated from June 1, 2009 through August 31, 2009. Kukui's restaurant will be closed June 15-September 1. Four other onsite restaurants will be available.
