At the completion of the renovation, the Sunset Inn was granted the "Beautification of the City" award. There are 30 rooms 4 of which allow smoking and 5 allow pets. We have rooms that accomodate up to 8 people, our large family rooms. We are an independant motel and as such are decorating each room individually. We are attempting to make our guests feel as if they are staying in a friend s guest rooom. Each room has a bath/shower combination, Serta mattresses, high-speed wireless internet and in-room coffee by Wolfgang Puck, the internationally known Master Chef. Refridgerators and/or microwaves are available upon request. In the front garden, a fountain welcomes our guests, assuring a quiet and comfortable stay.

The Sunset Inn is located in Grants Pass, Oregon, the heart of the Rogue River Valley. Taking I5, exit at Exit 58 and continue on 6th St. staying on the right-hand side. We are 3/4 of a mile from I5. There are many restaurants within walking distance. It is a short drive to the center of town where more restaurants can be found. Also in town, there are antique malls, boutiques and specialty shops. Keeping in mind that Oregon has no sales tax, there are also some large shopping malls. For the sports-minded, we have: golf, hiking, skiing, horse-back riding and the Rogue River for white water rafting, jet boat riding fishing, etc. There are many other rivers, creeks and lakes for fishing and boating. Within 1 1/2 mile, are the Oregon Caves, a redwood forest and the Seven Feathers Casino.
