Limencello, by Romeo DeGrobbi is a critically acclaimed restaurant specializing in classical Italian cuisine with an emphasis on simplistic flavorful dining. Homemade pastas, risotto, seafood, game and produce of Italy change seasonally and are consistent with natural ingredients particular to the traditional specialties of the season and region. The Grotto - Cigar bar and restaurant, located adjacent to the hotel, features lighter, more casual cuisine for late night dining, as well as Limoncello's full menu upon request.
