8th Fairway - 3 Bedroom
8th Fairway Town homes are 3/4 mile from the Grand View Entrance. These Town homes have 3 bedrooms with 2 Queen Beds in each for a total of 6 Queen Beds plus a queen sofa bed in the Living room. There are 3 bathrooms in each of these units. You also get a full kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. These town homes all have a gas fireplace and dining table and chairs.
Bay Colony Inn - 2 Bedrooms
Bay Colony Inn is about 3 miles south of our Main Lodge. These cabins are two level cabins with upper level and lower level units available. There are 2 Bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each. There are 2 bathrooms -1 with a Jacuzzi Bath and 1 with a tub and shower. You also get a full kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. These cabins all have a gas fireplace- TV/VCR/DVD- Dining table with chairs and a washer and dryer.
Deacons Lodge - 4 Bedroom
Cabins with 4 bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each bedroom total of 8 queen beds. There are 3 bathrooms and a full kitchen with a microwave and center island bar. Each of these cabins has gas grills- gas fireplaces and a large screened porch.
Grand View Main Lodge - King Deluxe
These rooms are located in our Main Lodge near most of the activities. They are 1 room with 1 King bed- chair-recliner. There is 1 bathroom with a shower. There is also a microwave- small refrigerator- iron-board and hair dryer.
Grand View Main Property - 1 Bedroom
These 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cabins are located on our main property. Each of them has a small fridge-microwave and most of them have a fireplace.
GrandView Main Property - 2 Bedroom
These 2 bedroom cabins all are located within 2 miles of our Main Lodge. Most of these cabins will have a full kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave. There are also fireplaces in most of these cabins.
Roy Lodge Cottages
Brand New- built in Fall-Winter 2006-3 Bedrooms 1 King Bed in each Master bedroom with Jacuzzi-3 bathrooms-Full Kitchen-Stone Gas Fireplace-Screen Porch-Wrap around deck and Partial Lake View
Roy Lodge Villas
Roy Lodge Villas are located about 1 mile from our Main Lodge. These are Deluxe cabins with 4 bedrooms; 2 bedrooms on the main level each with 2 queen beds- 1 downstairs with 1 queen bed and a loft with 1 queen and 2 twin beds. There are 4 bathrooms- each with a tub and shower 2 on main level- 1 in loft 1 downstairs. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. The living room has a gas fireplace on the main level and a deck off of it. Downstairs there is a screen porch off of a Game Room. This game room has a pool table and card table. Also included are a washer and dryer- VCR- Iron-Board and Hair Dryer.

Turn right onto Highway 371 north; proceed approximately 12 miles to the second intersection of County Road 77. There will be a Holiday Gas Station on your left and a Schaefers Grocery Store on your right- turn left. Follow County Road 77 for one mile to the resort on left.
