Local lighthouses are the Manistique East Breakwater Light, Peninsula Point Lighthouse, Sand Point Lighthouse and Museum, and Seul Choix Lighthouse and Museum, known locally as The Haunted Lighthouse. Dont miss a stroll down the Lake Michigan Boardwalk where you can sit on one of the benches and watch the waves come in, watch the birds, and enjoy the sunrise or sunset at the waters edge. Spend the day visiting some of the many waterfalls about 45 miles north of Manistique near Munising. Some of the waterfalls can be seen by car, a short stroll, and some require a longer walk.
