Auld-Brokaw Trail - 2.75 miles thru the city, linking parks, schools, and the Rotary Nature Area. Lewis & Clark Lake Trail - 6.9 miles thru wooded areas , beaches, boat docks, all with beautiful views of the lake. Gavins Point Nature Trail - 1.2 miles thru native woods, meadows and scenic overlooks. Great area to see Bald Eagles and the many wonders of nature. Fishing, sking, boating on Lake. Ice fishing for the "die hard" fisherman. Snowmobile trails. Paddlefishing in October. Golf Courses: Fox Run Golf Course, 18 hole public course. Hillcrest Golf Course, 18 hole, semi-private pro-am course. Parks: Fantle Memorial Park - swimming pool, play grounds, tennis courts. Riverside Park - along the Missouri River - amphitheater, boat docks, playgrounds, walking trail, Territorial Capitol replica and home to Riverboat Days Celebration. Historic Downtown Yankton - unique architecture, over 150 shops and businesses, rich in history and the charm of the riverboating days. Home of Mount Marty College - the Bishop Marty Chapel is on campus, a beautiful example of western architecture.
